Since 1969, when Cap. George Veinoglou decided to buy the first three wooden sailing yachts with outboard, moored in marina 2 in Glyfada where he also set the first technical base for sailing yachts in Greece, Yachting industry is our only mannerism.
On early 70’s, he moves on by setting up the technical base for Sailing yachts in Alimos marina, (Kalamaki).
On 80’s, charter a sailing yacht in Greece was already popular, this is when I join family busines and we set up another technical base for Sailing yachts in Samos island, and further to this the first cabin charter flotilla sails Eastern Aegean.
On 90’s, Crewed and Mega yachts start visiting Greece and yachting industry comes on with more requirements, this is when we expand to a yachting agency too.
Today, Cap. George on his 80’s, still assists his family business with his knowledge and experience coming out of over 50 years in yachting industry and sailing more than 410.000 sea miles all around the world.
